What does your PT course involve
The course is run over two weekends and covers everything you need to become a personal trainer. With a specifics of posture assessment corrective exercises building and needs analysis, programming for the client and retention of business and we cover everything on the the strength of conditioning level four. The personal training course is recognised by CIMSPA.
We cover on the second weekend programming, energy systems, functional lifting and spotting techniques, Olympic lifting, core training and many more. The course is run by a senior university lecturer that has a PhD in strength and conditioning and 32 years in industry
